one day we are repainting parking lot lines, and the next we are installing a Retaining wall. we do it all, like repainting the ceilings, to repairing the walls (mud, sanded, primer, & 2-4 coats of paint), down to the replacing & painting the trim, and removing and replacing all the flooring. joseph maintenance can remodel a room or a house.

Photo 2. JM built a retaining wall beside home owner’s house to prevent the soil from continuing to erode away. The two stepping stones at the top of the wall that allowed the owner’s to have easy access to their garden. Project completed July 18, 2022.
Photo 3- This is the same hallway floor. Everything was gross. Photo 4- Joseph’s Maintenance completely repainted 2 floors of walls and ceiling, repainted all doors with several coats of paint, replaced almost all the flooring, and replaced all the fixtures including lights; and that is just the inside. This home had not been lived in for years, and was not taken care of when it was lived in, it was a huge project that Joseph Veith completed with little to no help.
